FAQ

What sizes do you have?

 

We standardize our bracelets into these 6 sizes: 6", 6.5", 6.75" or 7", 7.5", and 8" for most of our bracelet collections. We can make custom length bracelets if you need a different size.

​How do I know my wrist size?

 

If you have a flexible tape measure you can measure your wrist circumference by wrapping the tape around your wrist, if you don't have a flexible tape then you can use string or other flexible material to wrap your wrist, mark where the ends meet and then lay it flat on an inflexible ruler or tape measure.

 

Once you know your size round up to the next nearest size. So for example if you measure at 7.25" you should look for our bracelets in a 7.5". If you prefer your bracelets looser or to dangle more you may want to go up one more size.    

 

What if a collection I want doesn't have a bracelet in my size?

The collections were done in the sizing they have to have a pattern symmetry, in some cases that couldn't be maintained in some sizing so instead of asymmetry or adding beads that may make certain sizes have a different vibe we didn't include them in our collection.

 

But don't fret, we can make a similar vibe custom bracelet using the collection piece as a basis, we may have to add some other elements to retain symmetry or work out with you how the asymmetry will look for your size. If a collection doesn't have the above standard sizes they will offer a custom option so you can specify the size you are looking for in your order, you will then be contacted with options for your size entered in the custom length field.

When will my stuff ship?

 

Each bracelet is strung after we have received your order before we package and ship it to you. For non-custom orders please allow for 2-5 business days from order to receiving the tracking information. For custom orders we will quote an expected shipping date when working through the custom process at the point you finalize the purchase of the custom bracelet.
 

Can I order a fully custom bracelet?

 

Yes, we love to do custom creations. We are in the process of adding a Custom Consult option to our site so that we can discuss via emails what you want for a custom and plan it out. Check back to the store page for the Custom Option or keep an eye out on the social media pages for the announcement. 

The custom consults will be done to plan the custom creation the cost of the consult is to cover time discussing the piece. Then after a consult is completed we will invoice for the remaining cost of your custom creation, this allows us to offer unique beads we don't normally stock or use in our normal collections. 

 

Once that invoice is paid we will order any beads we don't have in stock, string your order and get is shipped to you. We will communicate along the way so you know when you are getting your creation. 

What are the Bracelets strung on?

 

Our bracelets are strung on a clear durable monofilament stretch cord. While we can't say the cord or knots won't break we stand by the cordage and offer a 2 year warranty on all bracelets purchased through us. 

 

What if my bracelet breaks?

We offer a 2 year warranty on bracelets purchased through our site, please reach out to us through your order or our contact form to let us know so we can get you the address to send the beads to, then collect and ship us as much of the bracelet you can find and we will restring and ship it back.

If more than two years has lapsed since your purchase we will be offering a restring option in the shop should you need it restrung at a later date.

Can you restring a bracelet not obtained from you?

This depends on the type of bracelet and the bead hole size, reach out via the contact form and we can discuss options. Generally if the bead hole diameter for all the beads in the bracelet is atleast 1mm we can restring the beads on our cord.

 

If you can confirm that the bead size is appropriate you can place an order for a restring in the shop. Once ordered you will be emailed a message to provide us either a picture of the original bracelet look and an address to ship your beads/bracelet to. ​​

Why is shipping so much?

 

We use USPS Priority Mail to get you the items you order quickly, with tracking and insurance, this is the most cost effective option for us to get your items to you safely. Because we are able to ship multiple Items in the same packaging a single order will generally ship out in the same box so ordering more than one item is encouraged to save on the shipping.

 

With recent shipping costs rising we understand that it can be a barrier to ordering when only seeking a single item. We do post our events to social media and will be adding them to the site as a calendar in the near future. We are more than happy to bring items from the page to our events so you can pick them up in person and save on shipping, just reach out to us via the contact page or on our Social media accounts and we will be sure to set aside items just for you.  

Returns & Refunds

 

Returns and Refunds for items will only cover the original purchase price of the items returned. All shipping and handling charges are final at time of order shipment and cannot be refunded unless there is an error on our part. Return shipping will not be covered unless there is an error in the original order that was shipped out.
